On the 5th January I tried - around 15:26 - to reach Skiphol with a sprinter train. 

We left the Centraal station with 12’ delay, we never arrived as we remained around 40’ stopped in the middle of nothing and then the train came back to Amsterdam! 

The service did not have a delay: the service did not exist! 

I had to take a taxi to the airport, as the trains did not work.

I asked for a refund of my tickets and you rejected it. 

Why?!

It was ridiculous that you did not provide a bus or an alternative train to the airport, the reimbursement is absolutely due!

Please reply to the e-mail with the rejection and explain your case. Then a human will look into it.

I really don't understand why the claim is rejected in the first place.

 

There was a major disruption on January the 5th.

I am not sure but perhaps the automatic review of your request went wrong as you did not reach Schiphol Airport. It is good indeed to follow up the above advice of rvdborgt
