Getting no response from NS_online on twitter

I reported my ov-chipkaart stolen, and have contacted NS_online on twitter so that my subscription can be canceled. The website says I will receive a response in less than 15 minutes, but it's been over 2 hours. I've sent tweets as well as private messages. What can I do to get this taken care of?

Be patient, or call the customer support, which is always the fastest way of getting in contact.
