Hi

On Friday 20.09.2019 at 4:45 pm the system took money from my account 10 euros from my card at the Oisterwijk train station. I don't know why something happened.

In most circumstances you are charged for checking in, or for checking out. You can review it at the ticketmachine or at the site of ov-chipkaart
