Dear Ladies and Gentleman,
I just ordered an OV - Chipkaart online. However, I entered the incorrect contact information.
I am a German student staying in Amsterdam for a few months and I entered my German address in the contact information with the assumption that later on I would need to entered the sending address, which of course, would be the address I am staying at in The Netherlands.
Could it be possible to cancel the order or to change the address, so that the card is not sent to Germany?
