Last week I asked for money return of my ticket, that I bought on 04.04.2023 from Leiden to The Hague because of the trains cancellation, for which I didn’t know. I massaged the official NS site, and I’ve been waiting for an answer a whole week. I’d appreciate if you can provide some relevant email, directly related to such a matters, so I can contact!

Communication with NS customer service cannot be done via email, only via one of the options on this page (not the community). If you sent your message any other way, then it probably didn't reach anyone. If so, you should try again via phone, chat, Twitter or Facebook. There's no direct way to get in touch with certain people.
