NS app notifications

Hello, I downloaded the NS app (iPhone 11 pro), linked with my NS business account and saved the preferred trip (home-work and vice versa), setting also the alerts in case of delays or disruptions.
Notifications don't work, app notifications from iPhone perspective are active and I don't know why this is happening. Could you please help me with this?

Welcome to the NS Community!

The overall user experience is that those (NS Extra or app) alerts are pretty much useless.

They hardly work, or simply never work. Known problem, low priority...😥 Don't bother looking for settings on your iPhone.
