NS app notifications

Hello, I downloaded the NS app (iPhone 11 pro), linked with my NS business account and saved the preferred trip (home-work and vice versa), setting also the alerts in case of delays or disruptions.
Notifications don't work, app notifications from iPhone perspective are active and I don't know why this is happening. Could you please help me with this?

The overall user experience is that those (NS Extra or app) alerts are pretty much useless.

They hardly work, or simply never work. Known problem, low priority...😥 Don't bother looking for settings on your iPhone.

I have the same issue! I determined the Anonymous consumer card gives me notifications, but my FLEX (yellow) card does not. I loved the check-in & check-out alerts. I hope this gets resolved or I learn what the issue is.

This is quite anOTHER issue. Its a big difference how FLEX works (think ´in the cloud´) and how the classic chipcd works (loaded on the card). Hence what you want is understandable but in the current situation of things about impossible, Its of course extremely old fashioned, but there still is www and working on old-style computes, like I do now on a chromebook. That will work, including warnings about forget to checkout etc. And with that expensive and by most people so extremely loved I-fone this is 3x as worse. You have to live with it for now+next yr at least.
