request for refund for unused ticket

Hello, 

 

I bought a ticket on the 6th of May at about 7pm...hoping to use it the next day...when I got to the station...I saw noted on the app that my ticket had expired...so I had to buy another one. I would like a refund please.

What is the date that's on the ticket? If the date is 6 May then you can't get a refund for the ticket. The ticket is a proof of sight. We can't see if you did used the ticket or not.

By any chance, did you buy your ticket on an iPhone via the NS website? There's a known issue in that case:
