I bought 2 tickets while I was logged out from the ns app, I need invoice for these travels on travelers name, this was a business trip for them. How to obtain this invoice?

NS doesn't provide invoices for etickets. The tickets themselves (which can be downloaded as pdf or printed out) can be used for declaration purposes. You can download them from the email you received. If you're having trouble with this, contact customer service via phone, chat, Twitter or Facebook to get the pdf.
