Wtf? so if you find my wallet with ID documets you dont send me back but u destroy them 
where is logic thinking. In other way, i dont even get my wallet back. You accept my request and I pay for delivery but I didn’t get any other information

Wallets and card holders, if found, are handed in and kept for a certain period. If you have indicated that the found item belongs to you and you have made a payment for the delivery of the wallet, you should receive it. If this has not yet been the case, then please get in contact with our Customer Service. Loose documents, such as an ID card or bank card, are indeed destroyed/handed in to the appropriate authorities. More information about this can be found here.
