Broken down Train

Hi,

I filled a refund request via my online account for a journey where the train broke down and so was delayed over 3 hours! However my request has been denied.
Can you please provide any help? The claim number is 41039031.
The journey was from Eindhoven to Utrecht on the 07:19 on 24-11-15. The train broke down afew minutes after we left Den Bosch and so was stuck mid track...after 2 hours of sitting in the carriage we got taken to ZaltBommel where we had to wait another 30 mins before a new train arrived to take us on our journey to Utrecht. My check out time was 11:17 when the original arrival time should have been 08:07.
