I have received below email from your side at 4th Nov.
"We have processed the 'Compensation for delay' request (registration number 601549611) for your journey on 22 September 2022
You had experienced a NOTRAV minute delay during your journey from Den Haag HS to Leiden Centraal, on 22 September 2022. This means you are entitled to a compensation of € 16.00.”
But I have not yet received 16 EUR in my account.
When do you think it will be done?
