Hi. I just realized that I am able to get a refund when the trains are delayed. I travel with a group often and we had several delays in the past and I would like to apply for a refund if I can. I tried doing it through ns.nl, but there wasn't a menu for refund for grouptickets but only smartcards. How do I process the refund for groepsretour tickets?
