I am trying to get a refund for a delayed train. My ticket was around 18 euros. Instead of seeing an NLOV number on my bank statement, I only see a link to the NS website as the transaction description. How can I submit my refund request?

Is it possible that you disn't travel with OV-pay? You will only see this reference number if you travel with your debit card.

I have traveled twice and used my Roulette bank card, but I have not received any NlOV number. What should I do? Please advise me.

On a serious note: Did you check-in & check-out with your bank card (in this case you should get a NLOV-number on your (online) bank statement), or did you pay a ticket from the ticket machine with your bank card (then you don't get an NLOV-number).
