Problem with the travaling from Rotterdam to Tilburg

Good evening! I applied for a refund of the fare, because on Sunday my son and I were at the central station of Rotterdam for more than 6 hours, and we got to Tilburg by taxi. I paid 217.66€. I applied through the app. Can you please tell me how long do I have to wait for my money back? I have a receipt and I can send it. Just tell me what address.
