Hello,

several times in march my train was delayed i was advised to ask for a refund. I am unable to do in on line. is it to late? how long back could i ask for the refund?

The request for a refund after a delay needs to be received by NS within three months after your journey. Since your delays were in March, these three months have passed. Unfortunately, this means you can not ask for a refund anymore.
