i got a penalty at 22/01/2025 i learnt it from a letter but at this date i was at my apartment i have got proof me and my girlfriend using application about our location and i wasnt even at trein station im wondering about somebody let my name and my informations so now im confused about it can anybody tell me solution

This may be identity theft. Do you still have your passport, ID card etc.? Because as far as I know, a form of ID is needed in the train when a fine is issued. The question then is what was shown to the ticket inspector as ID.

Well then you have a problem, because how does someone else got your personal details? 

You best contact customer service.

I think no passport or ID is shown. Someone knew your data and used them to prevent getting a fine for himself. Sometimes train conductors do this to prevent aggression and still giving a fine. No nice friend. Contact Customer Service. I happens quite often. That is why it is so important to have and show an ID-card or whatever.

Not showing an ID is a standard trick trying to avoid a fine.

Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
