Status of delivery of my lost bag

Hi, 

I requested to have my lost bag delivered at my place but I haven’t received any news for 1 week.

I have well transferred the 15 eur of delivery cost cost to the bank account indicated in the email 

My aanvraagnummer is 25540821

could you please help me find out what’s the status of my bag delivery?
