Hello. My friends are in Amsterdam today, they bought tickets for the InterCity train to Brussels for 28 May.

I noticed the warnings today: “Consequence Due to work: between Amsterdam Central and Paris-Nord, the international timetable has been adjusted.” And more here: NSI planned maintenance

Can anyone tell me if there will be any trains from Amsterdam to Brussels today, 28 May?

Due to scheduled engineering works the trains to Brussels start and end in Breda. Your friends need to travel to Breda with domestic NS trains and can change trains for Brussels in Breda. They can see at what time the connecting trains run by planning their journey on the NS International website. The tickets they bought can also be used on the domestic trains to Breda.

I think they can go through 's Hertogenbosch then on to Breda. Thank you for your help.

Indeed, via 's-Hertogenbosch seems the best way to go.
