I bought a dal vrij last month on 13/9 and later on I add another card to share as the same time. But until know I didn’t receive any email about activating the sub card. Can I use dal vrij with two cards at the same time or no? Or is there any technical problem? Thank you very much. Have a nice day.

It is wise to contact Customer Service about this. An ov-chipcard without subscription does not need to be activated, nor a new Flex subscription on a new card, supplied by NS.
