Error 102

I liked to charge my OV cart and by some tickets but I receive an Error that your birthday is not match with your OV cart(Error 102).

i checked my profile and noticed that my birthday is null. I  do not access to edit it. what should i do ? I cannot use my OV card at all.

could you please fix it?
