When I click on Facturen in my NS account, I receive this message: 'Het is niet gelukt om uw facturen op te halen' and cannot view invoices for my past purchases. What is the way to fix this?

I'm sorry to read that you're having these issues with your Mijn NS account. I can't tell for sure whats causing you to get this error without checking your account itself. I would recommend for you to contact our Customer Service, prefferably via Live Chat or Social media. My colleagues there will be able to help you further.
