Hi! I applied for money back but it didn’t go to my account. I didn’t apply via MijnNS. Can anyone take a look for me?

Good afternoon minniema and welcome to the NS Community.

What is the reason to ask for refund? For a delay? Then you can fill in the form without login to your Mijn NS account. 

If not, can you be a little bit more specific? 

I forgot to check out. I applied for money back and the system said I can collect it in the machine but the machine said there is no product.
