Hello I would like to log in to NS, but tells me that my password is incorrect and I don't receive any e-mail to change for a new password, as I need also to update my address so you don't send the facture to the old one. Thanks in advance.

I understand you have issues with your Mijn NS account. I would like to advise you to contact our Customer Service via Twitter, Facebook or Chat. I think that there might be an account registered on your email address but it's not validated yet. In that case our Customer Service can send you an email to activate the account.
