payment issue

hey so basically i didnt have funds on my debit card to pay for the subscription at the time u wanted. I got the message that my product Order Dal Advantage ns flex ). 

now i have the money on the debit card but idont know where to pay…

and the second thing is i at the beggining while choosing ns flex it said that im paying 5euros a month and now after few months i had to pay 50 euros at one time… why is that?

If the payment was reversed by you or your bank you'll receive an email from us with all the details you need to make this payment. 
Unfortunately I cannot give you more clarity about your invoice. For this I want to advise you to contact Customer Service.

   why I got to dabble pay when I payed already, 

I talk to costumer server and she asked me to send the payment screenshot here so I prove that.
