I've ordered an OV chip card today with Kids Free on it
for my 5-years old sun **** today. In the end
before payment it was requested that I enter also my
details. After process was finished I've got an email
that I can activate the My NS account on the site. But
the problem is that the personal data for that account
were populated with the son's data (birth date ****,
name ****) and I can not change them to mine (****, birth
date ****) which results in that I can not order
more products (because system says I'm too young). Please
change my name in profile from **** to ****
and birthdate from **** to ****.
Rest data in profile are correct.

I think you may have misunderstood the idea of the Community as you wrote your message like an e-mail to our Customer Service. This is a public Community, accessible to anyone (no registration required to read), where the main idea is that users answer questions from other users.
