Question about log in

I have registered the NS App by my e-mail address, but when I Log in, it shows “Something went wrong, Please try again later.” And this has happened since this morning. Is this normal?

Hello YH123Yh, welcome to the NS Community.

I am sorry that you're not able to get in to your account on our app. It does only show your last trips with us if you have an OV-chipcard attached to your account and it is convenient when you have NS Flex, otherwise it does not add much to log in on our app. Does it work when you log in on a computer on our site?
