Same email address new Klantnummer

Dear community,

I've just receive my personal OV chipkart with a subscription on it. I also received an email saying to log in mijn NS to check my invoice. Unfortunately when I log in I discover I cannot view it because my account is linked Klantnummer that I did use years ago and I cannot access the details of my subscriptions. Is there any way to update the Klantnummer to the new one and delete the old?
