Unable to activate the account

Apologize for using English, I don't speak much Dutch.
Yesterday I tried to create My NS-account. I've got an activation code, but I cannot use it, every time I click it, I only see following page: " Er is iets fout gegaan

Bij het opvragen van de gewenste informatie is iets fout gegaan. Een melding hiervan is opgeslagen, zodat de fout opgelost kan worden. "

What should I do in such situation?

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties acitvating the Mijn NS account. It is best to contact our Customer Service via 030-7515155. It won't be a problem that you speak English.

My english is not so good. You could possibly contact 030-751 51 55 They can give you explain your question.
