Not able to buy monthly subscription on business card

Hi, I got my Business card and now I am trying to put monthly subscription on it but it is saying that's not possible.

Can you check why?

It is indeed not possible to order a monthly subscription on a NS-Business Card. Please, click here for more information about the available yearly subscriptions. All of them can be cancelled at least two months after starting.
