Hi, I have received an email from NS Extra to claim a missed check-out. However, when I submit the form I face this error:

Er zijn op dit kaartnummer en op deze datum geen transacties bij ons bekend.

This is strange because I can see that specific trip in my OV history. Can you please help me on this?

You need to wait 24 hours before trying again. By that time, your travel history should be updated and you should be able to see your last transactions.

Thanks for the answer. However, it is already 11 days after the incident and still I receive the same error message. Any ideas?
