My name is Olga Sinitsyna. I lost my transportation card and have recently replaced it. Previously, I had a 40% discount on weekends and during off-peak hours. However, this discount is no longer applied, and I have been charged the full fare in my recent trips, even though I have an active subscription.

 

Please correct this issue, and if possible, refund the overcharged amount.

Are you sure that you requested a replacement OV-chipcard and that your old subscription has been transferred to your new OV-chipcard? You can contact our Customer Service to have this checked. If a change is needed, then they can help you with this.
