cant subscribe NS flex

Hi there, I have just received my personal ov card, and would like to subscribe NS Flex product. However, every time I tried to order, it always shows that the date of birth of my card doesn’t agree with the date I typed. Could someone help to solve this problem? I am pretty sure they are the same date.

Thank you very much. It is quite weird: I tried again this morning, and it works very well :-)

That is a strange situation, have your already contacted our customer service? I'm sure they can help you with this.

Not yet. Can I also subscribe it from OV card machine?

This is probably a glitch between what is printed on the card and what is stored/programmed on the card itself.

Beware that something like 9-11-×××× in Europe usually means 9 november and not 11 september (9/11).

It may work if you switch the month/date. :thinking:Subscriptions cannot be ordered at a machine. Go to a service desk at bigger stations or contact NS Customer Service.
