I am abroad now and I would like to change my NS Flex subscription from "NS Flex Dal vrij" to " NS Flex zonder abonement". I can start the process but at last confirmation step I receive always this message"Het is niet gelukt om uw wijziging te verwerken".
I yook NS Flex Dal vrij subscription a few months ago and for sure more than 1 month has passed.
Would you please help me fo this changing?
