Good day, I had changed my subscription on my NS Flex card on 24th Feb 2020 to Zero subscription, post which i have not used it as I am out of country, but now I have been charged 72 Euros incorrectly, please help me get it resolved

See the invoice in Mijn NS, the 2nd page will show all costs. They will probably be for travel before feb 24th which was not invoiced/debited earlier.
