Hi Earlharper,

First, what a good translation made by Google Translate! It was very readable and fully understandable.
Feel free to write a reaction in English, as most community members are able to understand and write English, including the forum mods.

Then about your question. If I am right, the 'Breng Dal Vrij' includes free travel on all buses and trains in a certain region (East of Arnhem/Zutphen/Zwolle). In that case, the best is to use two separate OV chipcards, one for the Breng subscription and one for the NS subscription. Two train subscriptions on one card could cause serious problems (e.g. one not working).

To move a NS subscription, you need the help of a forum moderator or you need to call the NS service desk. To move the Breng subscription, you should call the Breng service desk (tel. nr. 0900 - 266 63 99). As far as I know, there is no option to move a subscription yourself.
