I did delete your image because it did had some personal details in it. The best thing to do is to reach our customer service. The mail states that you didn’t have the surcharge which is needed when traveling from Schiphol to Rotterdam using the Intercity Direct.

Did you take this train (which stops nowhere between Schiphol and Rotterdam), or did you travel via Leiden, The Hague and Delft?
