Invoice missing and Checkout missing

I am a client of NS Flex and this month (May) I did not receive the invoice in my e-mail, neither I can access to it on the website -when I try to open the pdf it says “error”. But the invoice is already charged in my bank account. I contact with NS Customer Service and they told me to write you on this matter.

I also have another problem. I went with the bus “Veolia” and I could not check out in Delft Station -see the image attached. I contacted with Veolia, they told me to contact with OV-Chipkaart, they told me that they could not do anything because as I am NS Flex, it’s NS the one that charges me at the end of the month, so they couldn’t do it. I also contacted with your colleagues at NS and told me to write to you about the matter.

Regarding the late invoice: around 95 customers didn't receive their invoice of this month, because of an internal (technical) error. We fixed the problem and sent a new invoice to your e-mailaddress this morning, can you check if you have received this e-mail? About the Veolia-check-out problem: I see that my colleague Stijn already made sure that this amount will be refunded on your next invoice. If you have any further questions, this is your personal topic: feel free to ask us!

Strange that the customer service directed you to here, but indeed during the test phase @Thomas_NS (can't tag his name!) is the NS Flex specialist.

Regarding Veolia (Arriva), I don't see an attached sreenshot. If you edited your message within 60 minutes, any attachments will disappear unless you add it again to your (edited) message.
