I contacted with Veolia, they told me to contact with OV-Chipkaart, they told me that they could not do anything because as I am NS Flex, it’s NS the one that charges me at the end of the month, so they couldn’t do it. I also contacted with your colleagues at NS and told me to write to you about the matter.

Regarding the late invoice: around 95 customers didn't receive their invoice of this month, because of an internal (technical) error. We fixed the problem and sent a new invoice to your e-mailaddress this morning, can you check if you have received this e-mail? About the Veolia-check-out problem: I see that my colleague Stijn already made sure that this amount will be refunded on your next invoice.
