i cancel my NX (5 euro/month) on 10Jan, but still get billed in Feb.

Did you look up the invoice in your account. Did that not specify why you were charged? You could contact our costumer service as well so they can look up the invoice and give you a more detailed answer.

See your invoices in Mijn NS. The costs will be for a part of the month or cost for travel (train, bus, tram, metro). Possibly the last few days before 10 january also.
