My card is not working

Hello, I am sorry for the inconvenience that my card is not working and I do not know the reason. Is it possible to solve this problem and thank you?

I am sorry about your card. Do you get some kind of error when you try to check in? If there is nothing visible wrong with the card then you could go to a service counter at the station and let them check out the card. If you need to replace the card then you can find more information on the site of OV-chipcard. If you have a regular continuing subscription of ours then our costumer service can temporarily transfer that to another card.
