NS Flex Cost Doesn’t Match Travel History

I just found that the total cost after my first invoice for NS Flex doesn’t match the cost of my travel history after the date of the invoice. Is it possible to check the detail of the cost? (I could only see the subtotal cost for subscription and travel; And what does “other” mean?) Thanks

In your monthly invoice you see all the cost detailedly.



The current estimation of your cost is never really up to date as it takes a few days before all trips have been processed.
