NS Flex invoice

Good afternoon,

Why incasso on Nov 28 tried to take 5 Euro if NS Flex changed to 0 Euro (from 5 Euro per month) on Nov 21 (was already incassierd on Nov 21 5 Euro and repaid 5 Euro on Nov 22 back to my account). Why the incasso tries to take money on Nov 28?

 

Please explain what i have to expect in the future. I didn’t use OV card since Nov 6
