NS flex invoice

Hi,

I started using NS Flex for a month now and did not receive my first invoice which was supposed to arrive by email on 5th December. Also my account shows a additional cost of 22 Euros without using transportation. When does the first invoice be emailed?? and why does my account shows a cost that I haven’t used???

Your subscription started on November 5th? Then you could expect the email in the upcoming week. I'm not sure about the 22,- euros. You have not used bus, tram or metro either? Our costumer service could check and see what it is for.
