NS Flex Overdue Paymen

My mail somehow recognizes NS emails as spam so in October I didn’t receive any news. Last week I just realized I haven’t paid the October payment so I transferred the full amount right away on 28th November. However, today I still received an email from NS stating that I didn’t pay and my subscription will be cancelled, while I just paid literally 2 days ago. Could someone help me?
