I took a subscription on 6 October for 40% for off peak hour. But I didn't recieve any discount on my travel. 

Could you check and refund me?

I have the exactly the same problem and now I paid way more for my travels than I should have. Full charge + additional useless subscription cost 😡
The website even says there are no products to be loaded at the ticket machine.

On what time did you check in? You have to check in during off peak hours to get the discount.

The Mijn NS website never shows any products to be loaded/picked up at a machine. That link/info is totally useless (a relic from the past) 😥
