Hi, I had the 24 Euros subscription last month. I wanted to take the 106 unlimited travel during off peak hours. I selected the zero euro subscription first thinking, I need to stop the 24 Euro first and then can take the new subscription plan. But now it's not allowing me to take the 106 Euros plan. Please assist as I need it for my daily travel.

After any change in NS Flex, you can change again after a month.
Customer Service so they can change it to the correct subscription (Dal Vrij, off-peak free). Via phone (+31 30 751 5155) or via Twitter @NS_online is usually the fastest.
