Transaction history and charges

Hi there.

I use an NS Flex with a subscription of Dal Voordeel. I traveled to Utrecht from Enschede yesterday. And then the Transactions board on NS app shows the value numbers of transactions were both 0euro. But I want to see how much I was actually charged. Can you help me?

Hello Mel Mai, 

 

With NS Flex the prices of your trips are not instantly shown. Most times it takes a day or two before you can see the prices. For this trip it will be twice 13,56 euros.
