I bought a ticket on 3 Sept. 2017.
I need to download the printable pdf for expense, but I can not download it anymore.
And the pennymeiser don't accept screenshot from the app.
What should I do?

Did you receive a link via email with the ticket? I should be possible to download the ticket again via this link. If this is not possible than i advice you to contact our customer service. You can do this by phone via 030 - 751 51 55, via Facebook or via Twitter. My colleagues can check the details and if necessary resend the ticket.
