I ordered Day-return ticket last night and already paid the fee. However, I still don't get an email from NS. How should I do?

I'm sorry to read you still haven't received your ticket. Have you also checked your spam/unwanted email folder? If so and the email is also not there you can best contact our Customer Service. The easiest way is via Facebook, Twitter, Chat or by phone: 030-7515155 (local rate).
