Hi. Yesterday 30/01/2020 I bought a group ticket at 22:34 in the night and I put the date of 30/01 by mistake in the beginning since I don’t really understand Dutch. However, I needed the tickets for today 31/01/2020. Of course the tickets have not been used at all. At the desk point they told me to contact NS online. I would like to ask for the refund. The order number is: 28274642. Thanks a lot. Regards, Federica

In principe it's not possible to change the date, that's clearly stated in the terms and conditions. It's unclear to me what a user community like this can do for you.

And better don't order tickets via a website in a language you don't understand.

Please contact the Customer Service to ask what's possible. If you have two group tickets for the same single journey on the 30th of 31st of January, perhaps something is possible.
